Technology & Platform

Our secure coaching app provides a centralized platform for your entire coaching experience. You can schedule and join video sessions, message your coach between sessions, access resources and exercises, track your goals and progress, complete assessments, and review session notes. The app is available on web, iOS, and Android devices, allowing you to engage with your coaching anytime, anywhere.

You'll need a device with a camera and microphone (computer, tablet, or smartphone), a stable internet connection, and a supported video platform. We recommend using headphones for better audio quality and finding a quiet, private space for your sessions. Our platform is user-friendly and our team can provide technical support if needed.

We offer online coaching through a secure video platform, which provides flexibility and eliminates travel time. In-person coaching may be available in select locations for individual clients and is often included as part of organizational coaching programs. If technical issues arise during a session, your coach will first attempt to reconnect via the platform. If problems persist, they'll contact you via phone or an alternative communication method. Sessions interrupted by technical difficulties can be rescheduled or extended to ensure you receive your full session time. Our support team is also available to help troubleshoot issues.

Data Protection & Privacy

Your personal information is stored securely and handled in accordance with data protection best practices. Any notes, assessments, or session records are kept in encrypted, password-protected systems. Only authorized personnel have access to client information on a need-to-know basis.

We collect information necessary to provide effective coaching services, including contact details, session notes, goal tracking data, assessment results, and payment information. For organizational clients, we may collect additional data to measure program impact. All data collection serves the purpose of delivering and improving your coaching experience. You can request a full overview of the information we hold about you at any time.

Session notes and coaching records are retained for the duration of your engagement plus a period afterward as required by professional standards and legal obligations. You have the right to request deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal or contractual retention requirements. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for research and service improvement purposes.

Absolutely. You have the right to access all personal information we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate information, download your data in a portable format, and request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements). You can make these requests through your account settings or by contacting our data protection officer directly.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share information with service providers who help us deliver coaching services (such as video platform providers, payment processors, and cloud storage) under strict confidentiality agreements. For organizational coaching clients, we may share aggregated, anonymized insights with your employer but never individual session content without explicit consent.

Confidentiality

Yes, confidentiality is fundamental to effective coaching. Everything discussed in your sessions remains private between you and your coach. We follow professional coaching ethics standards that require coaches to maintain strict confidentiality. Your trust is essential to the coaching relationship, and we protect it accordingly.

While we maintain strict confidentiality, there are limited legal and ethical exceptions. These include situations where there is risk of harm to yourself or others, suspected abuse of children or vulnerable adults, or legal requirements such as court orders. Additionally, for organizational coaching, while session content remains confidential, we may share high-level progress updates with designated company representatives if agreed upon at the engagement outset.

In team coaching settings, we establish group confidentiality agreements where team members commit to keeping discussions confidential. For organizational programs, we maintain individual confidentiality while potentially reporting aggregated, anonymized data about program outcomes. The specific parameters are clearly defined and agreed upon before coaching begins, ensuring everyone understands the boundaries.

For employer-sponsored coaching, session content remains completely confidential. Your coach will not share details of your conversations with your employer. However, we may provide general progress reports (attendance, engagement level, goal areas) if specified in the service agreement. You'll always know exactly what, if any, information will be shared before your coaching begins, and you maintain control over your personal disclosures.
